Computer must be a PC or Notebook running Windows. 

To troubleshoot over the phone. 

Troubleshooting will be charged at $1.50 per minute after the first five minutes.                                                        

What We Do

We will gather the information on your computer or tv and must have the model , serial number,brand name,internet or cable provider.

After entering all the information on your computer or television we will then walk you thru  a step by step process on how to correct the problem. This includes calling the manufacturer of this product to troubleshoot or set up service if you are in or out of warranty.

100% satification or no charge if we do not correct the problem or arrange service for you.
